Litmus blue is one of the most essential and most widely used indicator papers in education, laboratories and chemical manufacturing. Litmus Blue is used for testing the acidity of a solution where no precise pH value is required. A drop of the solution is placed on the paper and a colour change on the paper can then be clearly estimated. In the presence of acid, the Litmus Blue paper will change its colour to red.
