This innovative device fits into any frame, bracket or hanging apparatus and allows the elasticity of the apparatus to be adjusted (5 position including 0). By increasing shock absorption, it provides a technical and learning aid; whilst also reducing strain on the shoulders and spine. Ring height adjusts from 20 cm above the ground competition frame into genuine teaching aid. For example, the rings can be brought right down the ground level.
