This apparatus is an easy way to study the Gas Law. The volume of air in the chamber is freely changed by the turn of a piston in order to demonstrate the relationship between pressure, temperature and volume of gas as a constant. The 2” diameter pressure gauges are easy to read and provide accurate measurements from -1000 to 3000 hPa. The entire activity is simple to repeat so the law can be accurately confirmed. Size of base: 6 ¼” x 4 ¾” x 1 ¼”. Size of piston barrel: 4 ¼” L x 1 ¼” dia. Height, including piston: 11 ½”. Instruction manual included. Note: Requires one AA battery.
