A gas preparation kit for preparing and collecting gases over water (displacement of water or pneumatic trough collection) e.g. carbon dioxide, hydrogen and oxygen. Kit contains a plastic trough and lid, a test tube with side arm, delivery tube and rubber tubing connector, thistle funnel, test tube stand, glass beehive shelf with chimney and five test tubes (150 x 24mm) with stoppers.
