Shipping policy

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 72 business hours of the order being placed. All delivery dates on Vision International are estimates and will depend on your location.

Orders processed in Muscat will take 1 - 3 business days to arrive. Deliveries to other regions can take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.

In order to ensure the security of your order, a signature will be required for every delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is free for all orders above or equal to 25 OMR. For all orders below 25 OMR, please go to your cart and refer to our shipping estimator.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
